THE REVOLUTION WILL NOT BE TELEVISED:REVOLTING FOR THE SAKE OF REVOLT IS FOOLISHNESS

What is taking place in the Middle East is truly not a revolution.  People are reacting to conditions that have long oppressed the population by exercising their god given rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  This, however, is not revolution.  They are not overthrowing the government and replacing it with a new system, but ousting horrible leaders and continuing in the previous system.   This speaks volumes as to what the ouster of a leader is and a true revolution.  The American Revolution was just that.  A revolution.  A removal not only of the leader, but also the creation of a new system.  The Haitian Revolution was a revolution. 

Elijah Muhammad spoke of separation within the confines of the United States, as did Malcolm X, The Black Liberation Army, and many others that were coined Black Separatist by the main stream media of the day.  This meme continues even today in another form by the Moorish Science Temple of America, The Washitaw Moors and the various other similar groups that exist across the U.S.  Today, these organizations or entities claim sovereignty and exercise their claims by combating local governments while utilizing the current judicial court system. 

Let us suppose the war is over.  You win.  All the commentary, marches, court battles and claims for separation and sovereignty have been conceded to you.  Then what?  What's next?   You have won.  The government has signed the documents and made it legal for all those that want to separate to go and live, organize, and  become an independent nation within a nation.  All the land within this longitude, that latitude and this parallel is yours to do as you wish.  What next?  Everything has been thrown into your hands.  This is why you have all battled. All the work has paid off and has come to fruition. What will you do?  No more court battles.  No more debates with white or black media on what the black man needs.  Its now fallen into your laps.  How have you prepared for the victory? Or did you?  These revolutionaries have not prepared for a winning outcome.

Actually, the modern day revolutionary is only prepared to fight.  The modern day revolutionary is preparing only for battle, but not to win the war.  This revolutionary is entering the battle and the war only to be in the fight, only to boast of themselves as revolutionaries.  Wearing black revolutionary gear be it Red, Black and Green, a Fez or Dread locks they are all losers in their hearts.  This revolutionary enters the battle secretly in his or her heart knowing they will lose the war, probably secretly hoping to lose the war, because none are making preparations to win.  None are talking about what economic system they will implement. None are talking about the educational system they will implement, monetary system and truly the most important of all, they are not talking about how they will raise a military to defend the new nation. 

Today's revolutionary only speaks of the battle and nothing more.  Today's revolutionary is operating on an out dated template.  The template of "we gotta fight the man because the man is trying to keep us down" remains their basic premise  and the belief that revolution is all that's needed for the uplift and liberation of black people.  All the while ignoring the new template of liberating the mind and the body.  We are beyond a physical battle against a physical entity, like a government or a group.  Though, not a "bible thumper", it offers very sound advice for today's war.  The war has changed and so should the template.   "We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this world, against SPIRITUAL wickedness in high places."  This ideology should be the foundation template for today.  Those of us that embrace this template will become evolutionaries, gone are the days of the revolutionary.  Revolting for the sake of revolt is egotistical foolishness.
